THEFACESHOP Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil

From Finland to South Korea

I am a girl from a country where the air is so clean that they even sell it on the internet — or you can deeply feel it while the doors open at the airport. From a country where the education system is said to be one of the best in the world. Where the land is covered with lakes and forest. Where people eat salty liquorice (yes, that weird black candy) and mämmi (don't even search). Also Santa Claus lives in Lapland, Finland (if you didn't know). Finland is safe and if you get into trouble with financial situtation, the social security will support you. Sounds pretty good country, right?
Finnish design

I am a 21 years old Finn. I love my home country but to be honest, my whole life I felt a strong urge to go abroad. Permanently or at least for a longer period. Finland felt a place where opportunities are somehow limited. A beautiful country with a small population (5,5 million). So last year 2017, I took off to South Korea. I took one luggage and myself with me. It has been 8 months now. I stayed here two months, then I went to Hong Kong for three months, Taiwan for two months and back to Korea for the whole spring. This is how I live now. It is pretty scary but also pretty exciting. I'm never 100% sure where I will end up next!

I love music, colors, art, languages and sweet things like cakes. There is nothing better than beautiful landscapes or to wake up for sunlight inside your room. Also, I love South Korea and I'm studying Korean language while travelling. My writings will be everything from my daily life to small beautiful things I see and experience.

Welcome to follow my life!
