Cherry blossom festival in Yeouido

The spring has finally arrived and I decided to pay a visit to Yeouido park. I went there both day and night time to see the cherry blossoms at their best. The place was really crowded and there were street food, cherry blossom accessories and music performances. I think this festival is one of the highlights in the spring in Korea.

There were also other flowers and beautiful spots to take pictures. I really love spring because it is the time of the year when summer is almost here and everything is blossoming from flowers to people. I feel lot of people become happier and I find also myself having more motivation and energy for many things.

What are the best things in spring?

1. Sunlight — It just makes everything beautiful and gives me energy!
2. Flowers — they are one of the most beautiful things in the world.
3. New ideas — I feel I always get inspiration and motivation this time of the year.
4. Spring fashion — There are lot of beautiful and colorful clothes in the shops.
5. Animals — Especially in Finland the animals are coming out from their hideouts after winter
6. Happy people — What would make you happier than other people's happiness?
7. Warm weather — At least most of the time!
8. Love — There is so much love in people in the spring and you can definitely see it!
9. Hanging out in a park — It is just super awesome to hang out in the parks with your friends!
10. May Day — It is a northern hemisphere spring festival in Finland. I just miss it!

The park was very pretty when it was dark. The trees were decorated with colorful lights and you were able to see the trees in all their glory. The atmosphere was relaxed despite of the amount of people in the park. The festival is still there until 12th of April so if you want to see it you still have time! Also, it doesn't cost any money so the park is definitely worth visiting.

I found this beautiful Cinderella's Pumpkin carriage. Sometimes it was hard to take pictures in the park because many people wanted the pictures in the same places. But after waiting for a while I got my chance as well! The carriage was very beautiful! I got so many nice pictures in the park and I recommend to have couple of hours while visiting. It is almost impossible not to stop to take pictures because there are too many beautiful flowers everywhere.
